UPS Canada shipments are automatically returned to our headquarters if they are unable to be delivered. The return charges are calculated based on the shipment's weight, dimensions, and return address, and will be billed to us by UPS. Once we receive the invoice, the applicable fees will be charged to your ShipShop account. *Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
